About Us

Here's to your healthy life

Every day at Munash Organics we celebrate life. Human life, plant life, soil life; the great and the small of nature’s creatures that connect in a powerful, important—but often overlooked—way.

The Munash Organics team holds a rich collaborative brain bank of decades of gardening know how, experience with organics, and regenerative agriculture wisdom which we are itching to share with you all.

We applaud the hobbyists, the creators, the risk takers, the compost lovers, the soil stewards, the scientists, the herbal medicine lovers, the green anarchists. We hold aloft on our shoulders the indoor plant lovers, the rampant seed savers, the beginners, the eco warriors, the permaculturalists, our fellow friends of the earth.

We want to take you on a green journey that will change your life and gardening styles (indoors and in the great outdoors). We want to show you how healthy mineral rich soils that are balanced will grow you the very best healthy plants you and your family/housemates will enjoy. We want to nourish you, your soul and your world.

In a quest to be amongst the forerunners of research and industry, we are continually exploring new approaches to gardening and organics, along with agriculture production that complement natural environments, enhance ecosystem function and improve livelihoods.  We appreciate, respect and work with nature and the environment.

We stand by our planet, and we stand by you.

Our Story

Munash Organics was born in June of 2010 after Bec recognised a gap in the market for natural organic products made from nature, that are simple and easy to use.  Products that help the backyard gardener, the en-masse veggie growing junkies, the market gardeners, the herb lovers, the potage purists, and all other green lovers in between, to excel at growing produce and plants, all the while growing healthy soil.

Growing up on the family farm in the idyllic hamlet Pootilla, (outside of Ballarat in Western Victoria), is where Bec developed a solid understanding of Mother Nature, the soil and the land. Bec gleaned her well-versed knowledge of soil fertility via hands-on immersion as a young girl, and she’s gone on to create Munash Organics.  22 years ago, she met Shan and he would come out on weekends and also work on the farm and plant organic veggies.

Bec and her husband Shan are the owners of Munash Organics with the most incredible and passionate team who live and breathe the Munash philosophy are committed to bring you the best quality natural products to use in the smallest backyard to the biggest of farms.

Soil Health.

Plant Health.

Animal Health.

Human Health.

It all begins with the soil.

That is why our name means so much, Munash when unscrambled means Humans.  The very reason we focus on soil health is that it ultimately connects back to us.

This is us - Team MO.

Our Mission

We’re champions of good health

We believe your health, both physical and emotional, is powered by the quality of food you eat,

the soil it's grown in and the condition of the environment you live in.

We respect and cherish nature

We want our grandkids to inherit a wonderful world that they, too, will respect and cherish.

Inspiring a genuine love of nature in our children is crucial.

We understand that nature craves balance

We know that fertile soils, thriving with beneficial microbes, exist due to a balance of essential minerals.

And that putting these minerals back is absolutely vital to healthy soil.

We believe in the power of communities

Connecting with others, doing what you love, sharing time with family and friends, creating an amazing garden – these activities help us feel happy, safe and content.

We aspire to change human behaviour for the better

First, we put unique products, that improve indoor and outdoor gardens, and human nutrition, in the hands of compassionate people who care about our planet’s future.

Second, we’ll continue our remineralisation crusade to make a difference today and for generations yet to come.
